Jody has worked with Lab-works Architecture since its inception and became a Principal in 2016. Based in our Wellington office, Jody’s expertise encompasses the entire life cycle of successful projects with extensive experience in the planning, briefing, design, and research required to establish a project, through to the construction observation and contract management required to bring a project to fruition.

Jody has extensive experience in developing functional briefs with users and working with them to provide architectural solutions that solve complicated design issues. Coupled with his ability to consider the big picture and his skills in resolving technical details, it means that Jody provides a holistic approach to his projects. Jody is passionate about designing ‘better built environments’.

The purpose of science is to improve life and knowledge in the world. Therefore creating brilliant scientific architecture to allow that science to happen not only improves the work life of the users, it is a vital part of improving our communities as a whole.
