Construction is well underway for a new facility on the waterfront in Nelson for Plant & Food Research as part of a new development by Port Nelson.
The construction features Xlam structural timber walls (under the building wrap) and timber Potius beams. Lab-works Architecture are providing the laboratory design and documentation, working alongside Jerram Tocker Barron as the lead architects.
