New Directors at Lab-works Architecture
We are delighted to announce that Joanne Kelly and Jody Seabright are joining us as Directors of Lab-works Architecture.
Joanne has worked with us for 17 years. As a Registered Architect she has been involved in the design and construction of numerous architectural projects from small community laboratories and specialist hospital laboratory installations to substantial high-end tertiary teaching and research to provide successful outcomes for her projects. This is reflected in two of her recent projects, Scion Laboratory renovation in Rotorua and University of Auckland's Chemistry Undergraduate Teaching Laboratory, receiving international laboratory design awards. Some of her current and recent clients include University of Otago, AgResearch, Capital and Coast District Health Board, Scion and Massey University.
Jody has been with us for over 20 years. Trained as an Architectural Technician, his career has developed to encompass all aspects of a project, from Master Planning, through design and documentation, to on-site contract administration. This has been over a wide variety and scale of projects, including bespoke testing laboratories and large-scale scientific facilities and research laboratories. Jody is an expert in resolving technical and complex aspects of a project, which is vital when working with highly complex environments such as PC2 and PC3 containment facilities. Some of his current and recent clients include Callaghan Innovation, Institute of Environmental Science and Research (ESR), Plant and Food Research Ltd.
